A new residential and hotel project in the center of Kyiv is already in the works!

Good news: we are preparing a new project in the very heart of Kyiv - at 4A Konysskoho Street / 7 Gogolivska Street

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Stroitel-P has not stopped even in the most difficult times.

We focused on the completion of current projects, developed development projects in Europe, invested in new sites in Ukraine, and worked with architects on unique concepts that can set a new quality for Ukrainian urban space.

Today, we are opening a new page - the start of work on a new project in the capital of Ukraine - deeply thought out, modern, and meaningful for our entire team.

The construction site is located in the historic center of Kyiv, where we plan to build a 55-apartment club-type residential section and reconstruct a historic building to transform it into a modern hotel.

The facilities will form a single unique mixed-use complex with housing, hotel, services and public spaces - all in one harmonious environment.

It will include common infrastructure, landscaping, a restaurant, commercial premises, as well as space for recreation and interaction between residents and guests.

The project is already at the stage of preliminary design, architectural development and preparation of the site for construction.

This is not just a new object on the map. It is about the restoration of the capital, about the meaningful integration of modern architecture into the historical environment, about the responsibility we feel as a developer.

We are confident that this project will become part of Kyiv's new cultural code - open, bold, and dignified.
